Ingredients:
2 to iii lb boneless pork loin roast
1 quart mutual frigidness water
1/4 loving cup salt
1/3 loving cup maple syrup
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp cherry-red pepper flakes
3-4 slices fresh ginger
1 tbsp cracked dark pepper
2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the glaze:
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
