
I'm calling this an "Italian" omelette for a duo reasons. First, I used olive crude instead of butter, together with secondly, I cooked the eggs quickly, inward a hot pan, letting them teach a piffling golden-brown. The traditional French omelettes are thicker, together with cooked much to a greater extent than gently.
Anyway, this is simply a quick, uncomplicated video recipe that shows a dainty technique for lifting the edges together with letting the raw egg run underneath. This helps laid upwards the omelette faster together with also gives it a dainty texture. Enjoy!
