Just a quick greenback to allow you lot know we're thoroughly enjoying our commencement view to Portland. As we'd heard, they accept their nutrient (and patently everything else) real seriously here. The photos below are from an amazing dinner nosotros had at Le Pigeon (sorry, prison theatre cellphone band shots). By the way, the foie gras profiteroles (yes, you lot heard me) were topped amongst a perfectly made caramel sauce, which volition live on the novel video recipe post service on Monday. Stay tuned!
