Happy Friday Fish Sauce

Thanks to my Catholic upbringing, I’ll ever associate Fri alongside fish (and guilt, but generally fish). It was commonly a slice of fried haddock, together with every bit far every bit sauces go, you lot entirely had 2 choices: tartar or cocktail sauce.
